Andreas Redfors is a Professor of Physics Education at Kristianstad University, Sweden. He has a MSc, MEd (teachers certificate) and PhD in Atomic Physics from Lund University. He teaches physics, physics education and astronomy. He is currently focusing all research activities within Science Education Research, and he is the academic leader of the research group Learning in Science and Mathematics (LISMA).
Among Andreas’ research interests are students’ views and use of theories and models in explanations and during discussions. He is generally interested in the relation between views on the nature of Science and the teaching and learning of Science.

Maria Rosberg is a senior lecturer of Physics at Kristianstad University, Sweden. She has a MSc, MEd (teachers certificate) and PhD in Atomic Physics from Lund University. She teaches Physics, Physics education and Astronomy. She is active in Science Education Research.
Maria is currently doing research on the use of Socio-Scientific issues, in Science teaching and learning. She is also investigating how students’ prior knowledge and epistemological beliefs interact with factors in the learning environment in forming affective experiences during learning.

Lena Hansson has a teacher education and has been working as an upper-secondary teacher of Physics and Mathematics. In 2007 she finished her PhD thesis in Science Education titled “According to Physics or according to Myself?” Upper secondary students, Physics, and Presuppositions about the World.
Among Lena’s research interests are different kinds of worldviews that students associate with Science and possible consequences of this for the teaching and learning of Science. Students’ argumentation will be analysed from this perspective in the HKr CoReflect project.
