Roland has over 20 years of diverse sales, technical marketing, and alliances experience. He began his career with Arrow in 2000 and has covered many product lines, including FPGAs, embedded computing, wireless, and storage technologies. As a Technology Director for Arrow’s Intelligent Solutions business, Roland is responsible for strategic direction for OEM and Operating Technologies. He is also responsible for the Intel Solutions Aggregator Program at Arrow that aims to simplify the complexities of the Intelligent Edge and speed Digital Transformation projects. Roland holds a B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Intel – Dane Oldridge, Retails Vertical Sales Specialist and Kristen Call, Senior Retail Industry Advisor

Dane Oldridge has over two decades of experience in the visual communications space, having begun his career in sports production and engineering before shifting his focus towards digital signage, kiosks, and collaboration tools. He has worked in both operations and sales, gaining invaluable insights and perspectives in the field.  After spending seven years in the CMS space and three more as a visual communications solution architect, Dane joined Intel as a retail vertical sales specialist in Visual Retail. In his current role, he supports Intel’s US Sales & Marketing team by working directly with retailers, CPG and FMCG, as well as channel sales outlets to drive visual solutions adoption. He is also the voice of the market to Intel’s consumption sales team, providing valuable insights and feedback to help drive business growth.  Dane currently resides in Lawrence, Kansas with his wife, Jennifer, and two children, Beck (18) and Xeva (15). In his free time, he enjoys sport shooting and watching as much soccer as is humanly possible.

Systium – Derek Curran, CEO/Founder

Derek Curran, the CEO and founding member of Systium Technologies, LLC, brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to the table. He began working in manufacturing at Bermo Inc. and later worked with Intel to produce the next generation PC enclosures at the time. Derek was involved in the development of the ATX motherboard specification, which is still widely used today.  In 1997, with the support of Intel, Derek founded Systium Technologies, LLC to support integrators by supplying a “Motherboard Ready” validated solution that included the chassis, cooling, power, packaging, worldwide regulatory certifications, and all necessary ancillary components, allowing integrators to deploy robust embedded PC solutions. In the 25 years since its inception, the scope of applications has grown, but the partnership with the integration channel has remained unchanged.  Derek currently resides in Minnesota and is the proud father of three young men and grandfather to seven.
